A fresh approach to
Licensed premises

Licensed premises

We at Ferbrache & Farrell appear regularly in the Royal Court for all matters concerning the Liquor Licensing Ordinances and associated legislation.

Our experience extends to all licensing matters including advice concerning Designated Officials, the Drug and Alcohol Strategy examination process, Al Fresco licences, Off Licences and Under 18s Permits. We liaise very closely with the Home Department in advance of Court applications being made to ensure any queries are dealt with in a pro-active manner. With a dedicated specialist Licensing Court Officer, we are able to provide swift solutions to individuals and businesses for all liquor related matters.
