A fresh approach to
Wills and Probate

Wills and Probate

Ferbrache & Farrell have many years’ experience in advising with all matters concerning Wills and Probate. Although Guernsey does benefit from the ability to have absolute freedom of testamentary disposition, there are instances where previous inheritance regimes still apply and we are very well versed with providing such assistance. Be it a simple Will of Realty or Personalty, mirror Wills or even complex matters involving work alongside tax professionals, we are well placed to be able to help.

Our Probate specialisms extend to the administrations of Estates, both locally and further afield. We work closely with the Ecclesiastical Court, accountants and other professionals and we have a network of law firms across Europe and the UK who we regularly work with.
