Sarah is an Advocate and Associate in the dispute resolution team, and joined Ferbrache & Farrell in January 2020.
Sarah studied English Language & Literature BA (Hons) at the University of Leeds, before converting to law and obtaining the Graduate Diploma in law and the Bar Professional Training Course from the University of Law in London, Bloomsbury.
Sarah was called to the Bar of England & Wales in July 2014, and was admitted as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey in February 2018.
Prior to joining Ferbrache & Farrell, Sarah worked in the public sector at the Law Officers of the Crown in Guernsey, practicing in general civil litigation and public law childcare, where she has appeared in front of the Magistrate’s Court, Royal Court, and the Court of Alderney.
Sarah’s practice encompasses all aspects of family law, including divorce and childcare issues. Sarah also practices in general civil litigation and employment matters.
