Lucy Beere

Lucy began her career in Conveyancing as a secretary within the Property Department of a major offshore law firm. 

In the 5 years Lucy was in that role, she gained a deep understanding of the procedures and processes required for transactions to run smoothly. 

Lucy has previously worked with all members of Ferbrache & Farrell and is keen to assist her clients with their conveyancing needs through her commitment to excellent client service.

Outside of work, Lucy plays lawn bowls.  She has competed for Guernsey at World, Commonwealth, Atlantic and European Levels where she has won numerous medals.  Lucy is used to dealing with pressures in her sport and uses that experience successfully in her time in the office.
