Jana has extensive experience in the preparation of applications in all Divisions of the Royal Court, including liquor/salle publique licensing, Terre à l’Amende, Guardianships, permission to sell and Constables’ matters. Jana principally supports the Dispute Resolution team, but also helps the wider firm with precedents, know-how and legal research.
Jana has worked with all members of Ferbrache & Farrell previously and brings a depth of knowledge and understanding that benefits her clients and colleagues alike.
