Alison Antill


Alison is an Associate in the dispute resolution department of Ferbrache & Farrell LLP.  Alison spent part of her childhood in Guernsey and obtained a BA (Hons) in History from Cardiff University, before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law at City Law School and the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, London Bloomsbury.  Alison was admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in September 2016.

Prior to qualification as a solicitor, Alison received a bursary from a leading offshore law firm and gained experience at several firms in Guernsey.  She worked as a paralegal in a boutique litigation firm in the City of London. 

Alison trained and qualified with a regional firm in Kent.  Alison joined Ferbrache & Farrell LLP in October 2018.

Alison specialises in commercial disputes including insolvency, trusts, contractual, debt, intellectual property and construction matters.  Alison has also acted in professional negligence claims and has experience of family and employment cases. 

Alison is a member of the Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Experts (ARIES) and the Contentious Trusts Association (ConTrA), and is on the committee of the Guernsey International Legal Association.
