One of the founding partners of Ferbrache & Farrell LLP, Martin Jones, has been admitted as a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Advocate Jones is head of the firm’s Dispute Resolution department, and he has considerable experience in advising clients on legal issues concerning trusts, both in a contentious and non-contentious context.

Full Members of STEP represent the most senior practitioners in the trusts industry.

‘We are delighted that Martin has been recognised in this way and congratulate him for all his hard work to achieve the qualification,’ said managing partner, Alastair Hargreaves.

‘Full membership of STEP can give clients additional confidence in their selection of legal representation, and we look forward to being able to offer our valued clients the benefit of Martin’s significant expertise in this field.’
