In 2016, four colleagues - who came together following the merger of two Guernsey law firms - decided to to take the leap and set up a law firm of their own. Peter Ferbrache, Gavin Farrell, Martin Jones and Alastair Hargreaves wanted a partner-led culture and three years on they have just that in Ferbrache & Farrell.
